Supply Chain Management Course
The course focuses on trends and logistic ideas within Supply Chain Management (SCM), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and network controlled logistics. We explain the objective of SCM and you will learn how to effectively manage your own Supply Chain.
The Supply Chain Management course teaches you about the effects of e-commerce and the importance of IT developments on logistics. We will also play a logistics game to help you understand how your actions influence different players in the supply chain.
Target group
The course is aimed at people working in a management role within purchasing, warehouse or logistics and who want to learn about developments and trends within logistics. A basic knowledge of logistics is required.
After completing the course, participants will have gained an understanding for the latest trends within logistics and how you can use these trends in a practical way within your own company.
Experienced trainers
Our trainers work as supply chain consultants and have a broad experience of logistics from different companies and industries.
The course lasts for one day and is held in Consafe Logistics’ premises in Lund. We also arrange company specific courses at your own premises.
