Menigo, one of Sweden's leading foodservice distributors, is modernizing its warehouse operations through a nationwide digitalization program in partnership with Consafe Logistics. Following successful implementations at the company's central warehouses in Strängnäs and Landvetter, the rollout has now reached Menigo's regional warehouses, with Malmö and Sundsvall successfully going live. Helsingborg and Stockholm are next in line.
The initiative marks Menigo's transition from paper-based warehouse operations to standardized digital processes across all six warehouse sites. By introducing Consafe Logistics’ warehouse management system, Astro WMS®, and a repeatable implementation model, Menigo is creating a common way of working throughout its warehouse network.

A cornerstone of the program is its template-based rollout strategy. Rather than treating each warehouse as a separate implementation project, Menigo has developed a standardized deployment model that reuses proven processes, configurations, and best practices across sites. This reduces complexity, minimizes implementation risk, lowers implementation costs and enables a faster, more consistent rollout throughout the warehouse network.
The successful go-lives in Malmö and Sundsvall demonstrate that the approach works. Both implementations were completed without disruption to customer deliveries, allowing Menigo to transition to the new system while maintaining normal service levels throughout the go-live.

With two regional warehouses now live, Menigo will continue the rollout to Helsingborg and Stockholm. Once all warehouse sites are operating on the same warehouse management system, the company will focus on further advancing standardization across its operations.
