This fall, Postnord in Sweden initiated #Förpackningsresan (The journey of the package) with the intent to challenge the ecommerce industry to reduce the amount of unnecessary air being shipped every day.
According to Postnord, at least 300 trucks per day could be saved if the ecommerce industry optimized their packages.
