The award is founded by Brilliant and is based on data from the companies’ employee surveys during the past year. Now it is announced that Consafe Logistics is the winner in the category of the Greatest Change Journey.
Consafe Logistics is Europe’s leading supplier of smart software solutions for warehouse management worldwide. In 2018, the company has been working actively to strengthen the organization, communicate and implement a new strategy to put a clear focus on the business. Together with the employees, the core behaviors have also been identified which will form the basis for strengthening the internal culture. A clearer career structure with role definitions, a strengthened feedback culture and a focus on having fun at work and being proud of their expertise in logistics are just a few examples of contributing reasons for this positive movement.
Data collection for the Employee Experience Award 2019 has taken place over a period of 12 months, January-December 2018. 115 companies and organizations have participated in the selection and the winners are a result of the employees’ real perceptions. Consafe Logistics’ result places them on a first place in the category of biggest change journey, which is awarded to the company that made the biggest positive change in its employee survey.
