    Dr. Joakim Kembro is Associate Professor and Deputy Director for the Master's Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Lund University. He is a member of the Pedagogical Academy at the Faculty of Engineering and was awarded the distinction of Excellent Teaching Practitioner. Prior to joining academia, he worked as a logistician in various positions with the United Nations. His research includes retail logistics, warehouse automation, information sharing and technology, circular economy, and humanitarian logistics and preparedness. He publishes in leading OM and SCM journals and has received multiple Emerald Awards. He is currently a member of the JHLSCM Editorial Advisory Board.
