So much so that we recently reached a new milestone when we welcomed our 450th employee, Sandra Hellesø, to our community.
Sandra works as a project manager in Norway. We sat down with her for a short interview to find out why she chose Consafe Logistics and how her first days had been.
Why did you decide to join Consafe Logistics?
I was already familiar with Consafe Logistics, as they were occasionally present on my university’s campus. I have a Master’s degree in Logistics, and I am currently studying Information Technology alongside my job. I felt that working as a project manager in a WMS software development company was an excellent combination of both my interests.
How does it feel to be the 450themployee at Consafe Logistics?
It took me by surprise, of course! I know the company is expanding. It feels great to be part of the growth.
What are your first impressions of the Consafe Logistics community and the company culture?
The people are very friendly. My colleagues are always ready to answer my questions and support me to succeed in my work. I also see that everyone is passionate about our products, our customers, and the logistics industry in general. It is inspiring to be part of such a team! I also appreciate our flexibility in managing our tasks and where we work.
What would you like to accomplish in one-year time?
It would be fantastic to finish my first big project by September next year.
