A safe space for raising concerns

Consafe Logistics Group promotes an open culture of trust and honest communication and strives to maintain a transparent corporate climate to observe a high standard of business ethics.  

It is important that irregularities that could seriously harm the business or our employees are noticed and investigated as early as possible. To facilitate reporting of serious concerns, we have implemented a whistleblower solution provided by an independent provider (2Secure AB), ensuring anonymity for all users. 
 

Our whistleblower system is open to all co-workers, customers, partners and suppliers. Through this solution, you can safely report any irregularities you observe or suspect within Consafe Logistics Group.

Reporting via Consafe Logistics solution 

All reports are received by an external agent (2Secure AB) and its case officers conduct an initial assessment of the report. You can report in three ways: 

  • Anonymous reporting through the tool wb.2secure.se. Use company code “CON639”. 
  • Request an in-person meeting via any of the above contact channels. Such meeting will be held after agreement with a representative from Consafe Logistics Group or our agent 2Secure AB.  

After reporting, you will receive a case number and password, which can be used to check the status of and to follow your report online.

Follow-up on a report

Consafe Logistics Group has appointed an independent and autonomous Whistleblowing Committee which is authorized to maintain the whistleblowing channel, ensure feedback and act on whistleblower matters on behalf of the business.  

The committee consists of: 

  • Chief People Officer 
  • Head of Legal 
  • A representative from the board of directors of Consafe Logistics AB 

If a committee member is subject in a whistleblower case, it will be excluded from the case.  

All members of the committee are involved in both the investigation of cases and in making decisions on proper measures. External consultants/experts can be used in the investigation if deemed appropriate.  

Our commitment

For any whistleblower who has raised their concern in good faith, Consafe Logistics Group commits to: 

  • not investigate the identity of the whistleblower if the report has been filed anonymously 
  • keep the whistleblower´s identity (if disclosed during the process) confidential to the extent possible and only share it with the parties necessary to investigate the reported matter 
  • not take retaliatory measures

Consafe Logistics Group is committed to complying with all applicable legislation with respect to Whistleblower Protection and Privacy.

Reporting via other external whistleblowing channels

In addition to reporting via Consafe Logistics Group's whistleblower channel above, you can report externally to a competent authority within a specific area of responsibility, or to any of the EU’s institutions, bodies, and agencies.
